My fullest potential has evolved in to a passion of enjoyment that is totally stress free in every moment of my daily routine. After climbing the ladder, today I am proud to hold a responsible position as Assistant Manager – Sales. I enjoy my career with the market leader in the integrated poultry industry while facing the challenges due to current market conditions.

Being in charge of one of the most important farms in the Breeder Farm Division of TAF, I recall my very long service to the Group. As an appreciation of my dedication, commitment and hard work, I was promoted to Supervisor grade after working a few years at the shop floor level. As a result of my continuous contribution to the organisation, I was promoted to the executive level and empowered. As a female, I consider the opportunity & responsibility given to me as a great opportunity. I really enjoy continuing to make my contribution to the organisation as part of the TAF team.
